Toronto Symphony Orchestra

With over 100 carefully created programmes, the 2007/2008 season of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra features music designed for a wide variety of musical preferences, tastes and budget. The outstanding guest artists, soloists and conductors who appear with the TSO tell you that this is an orchestra of remarkable caliber – truly one of the world’s finest. This winter and spring, join the TSO for performances of Mozart's Symphony 40, "Celebrate Sinatra", Mahler's 9th Symphony conducted by Jukka-Pekka Saraste and Last Night of the Proms conducted by Bramwell Tovey.

The TSO performs in Roy Thomson Hall, located at 60 Simcoe Street (southwest of King St. and University Ave.) in the heart of the entertainment district in Downtown Toronto. By Car: Take the QEW/Gardiner Expressway to the York Street exit. Proceed north on York to King Street, then west on King to Simcoe. By Public Transit: Take the TTC subway to St. Andrew Station, then exit and walk west through the underground walkway the Hall. This walkway provides easy access to Roy Thomson Hall from both the Metro Centre parking lot and the St. Andrew Subway station. GO Transit, Take GO Transit to Union Station, then exit and walk west to Simcoe Street, and then proceed north to the Hall.
